The customer requested a concave design, and based on their feedback, a custom design was developed.
Convex Face Drill Bit (Drop Center / Convex Face) – The "Cutting Expert" for Medium-Soft Rock Formations. Structural Features: The center of the drill bit face bulges outwards (some designs feature a central bulge with wide chip removal channels around the perimeter, a "drop-center" design).
CORE ADVANTAGES
1
MAXIMIZED CUTTING SPACE
The bulging design ensures that once rock cuttings are broken, they immediately roll down the slope into the wide side chip removal channels (flow channels), resulting in the highest cutting efficiency among the three types of drill bits.
2
EXTREMELY LOW RISK OF JAMMING
In medium-soft and viscous formations, rock powder is less likely to clog the face, perfectly avoiding jamming failure caused by rock powder accumulation.
3
SUITABLE WORKING CONDITIONS
Best suited for medium-soft rocks, viscous formations, limestone, shale, or deep-hole drilling where cuttings removal is difficult.
4
INDUSTRY WEAKNESS
Limited tooth area; in extremely hard rocks, the protruding central part can bear excessive concentrated loads, easily causing tooth breakage or chipping.
ONE-STOP SERVICE
We can supply over 80% of rock drilling tools, and for the rest, we can leverage our years of commercial resources to provide you with more cost-effective and higher-quality products.

Good quality at low prices, reliable reputation
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
CORE COMMITMENT
From "Product Warranty" to "Drilling Cost per Meter (CPM) Control" We deeply understand that efficient drilling stems from perfect equipment matching. Our after-sales service not only focuses on the product itself but also strives to create long-term value for customers by reducing their Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and increasing their Rate of Production (ROP).
100% Early Failure Traceability: We provide a rapid response mechanism for early fractures and abnormal tooth loss caused by abnormal wear.
On-site Technical Deployment: For major projects, senior application engineers (AEs) are stationed on-site at the working conditions.
WE HAVE ESTABLISHED CLEAR INDUSTRY QUALITY COMPENSATION STANDARDS FOR TYPICAL FAILURE MODES OF DIFFERENT CORE PRODUCTS
Ball Tooth Bits: Within the normal drilling range, if large-area abnormal tooth loss or early cracking of the substrate occurs, and technical assessment determines it to be a manufacturing quality issue, compensation will be provided proportionally to the drilling progress, or the bit will be replaced free of charge.
Drill rod/spindle: If, during initial use or well below its standard service life, it experiences brittle fracture from a non-wearing area or severe stress corrosion spalling of the inner bore, it must be replaced immediately.
Drill shank/connecting sleeve: If, before exceeding its rated impact life, fatigue fracture occurs at the thread root (excluding seizing due to poor lubrication), our company will be responsible for replacement.

Core Slogan: Expert technical support, full lifecycle management, reduced overall CPM, and geological adaptive design.
